Graphic of a blonde woman before and after using anti aging products. Her crow`s feet and wrinkles dissapered.

The new fashion word in the field of anti-ageing is longevity.
Harvard Professor David A. Sinclair even talks about the end of ageing in his best-selling book. He sees us at a turning point like in 1903 when the dream of flying came true. So can the dream of staying young come true?

Especially nowadays in our hectic, noisy, and fast-paced lifestyle, we need to carry out some actions that support and help us to retain our age.
We need to make sure we stay as healthy, dynamic and young as possible for much time as we can, with a focus on routines and rituals that we integrate into our daily lives.

Are today’s 50s possibly the new 30s?
The 60s the new 40s or even today’s 70s the new 50s?
In the context of the fact that we are getting older and older on average, the idea is not at all outlandish.

We all know people who remain healthy, active, and attractive for much longer.
It is certain that the ageing process begins at birth, but do we also have to feel old and look old?
Modern anti-ageing medicine says NO, we don’t have to. The latest
epigenetic studies no longer speak of the 30/70 formula, but of the 20/80 formula. Only 20% is genetically determined, while 80% is due to daily lifestyle, as far as the ageing process is concerned. Oura Ring co-inventor David Esprey even speaks of the 90/10 formula.

So, we have it in our own hands how we age.
